Order was 30 min late. Fries soggy. Manager mentioned that they don’t get notified online orders as if I did something wrong. I had to ask for a comp. I haven’t been to a worse wingstop location. Go to the location near Plano senior high school - fresh food & proactive staff there.

Customer service was already not all that great, but it has gotten worse. It's gonna be a loooong time before I ever consider going back

Ordered the 30 piece wing from here the other night and observed once again that no one was wearing gloves or practicing food safety guidelines. So I asked the young man taking my order if they wear gloves while preparing the food he said "No we don't because we handle raw chicken and the hot grease kills the germs once it is cooked". That's absolutely gross I'm not going back here I don't want bare hands on my food.
