With the change in management the service at this place for pickup has become pathetic. 1. They commit to a time and never have things ready at their committed time. 2. More often than not the food orders placed would have missing items. The last time they missed an item and asked me to drive all the way back ( around 35 miles ) to collect the money. This place is not recommended especially when you have several pick options with much better customer service.

Firstly, I want to understand why it has such high rating. I live in Tyler and went to this place because it was nearest to airport. This is the most useless grocery store I have seen . The shelves were not stocked and there were hardly any fresh vegetables in stock.Waste of time.

I see some negative reviews. Don't believe those. It's a beautiful place. New owners as good as the previous owners. I saw one person wrote people jumped in front of them in the line. I seen that many times with previous owners too. It's just normal among malayalis. It's not the owner's fault. The new gentleman and the lady working there is wonderful people. It's the best place for malayalis. Support our community and stop the complaint. Even Walmart got it's weakness.

We ordered 3-4 dishes today from Triveni. The fish fry was old. It was stale fish used for fry. We paid 4 usd per piece and a total of 25 usd just for fish fry. The cake was not even baked properly. Very disappointed with the quality.
