Came with my girlfriend on Sunday this past weekend, and it was not too busy, we got sat pretty quickly. They give out a loaf of bread with what looks like olive oil for dipping. They have these little candle holders that are empty, but my request, they can put an LED candle in it that changes colors(I asked for it!). The lighting in this restaurant is very dim, so pictures came out a bit dark. We ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and it came out really quick as well. The chicken was very moist and had grill markings. The fettuccine was cooked thoroughly and the sauces they use are delicious. Overall I really like the dish. We shared, and yes the dish is that big to share with your significant other!! Thanks Pompeii, for the delicious meal.

This was my first visit to Pompeii Italian Grill. Nice decor, but the tables in our section were arranged strangely: maybe three rows with one row virtually jammed into the wall instead of a reasonable distance away. There was a wide-open space, and then the next row was crammed too close to the third row. Weird and not comfortable. Menu design made it difficult to read in subdued lighting. A fair amount of dishes on the lunch section, but most were a bit pricey for lunch IMO. I ended up ordering an appetizer called Pompeii Special as my entree. That item was as much food as my friend’s spaghetti and meatballs. Tasty. Service okay. They need some lunch specials with prices which reflect that, even if the portions are smaller. Also, somebody straighten out those tables...please!

Tried the grilled chicken pizza today. The chicken was fresh and cooked just right. The cheese was slightly under cooked. The sauce was very good and properly applied. The crust was golden brown and tasty. So far I've had had two pizzas, the grilled chicken and the pepperoni. They're two for two now.

When we arrived and went in we seriously almost left. It felt a little dated. BUT we judged the place to quickly!!! The food was fresh and homemade. Even down to the bread. It was so good. The food was SO good. I got something with a pesto sauce. Glad we stayed.
