I usually love Don Alex and I have no problems with their food since it’s always good. I went there last week and ordered in the restaurant. I was told the food will be ready in 10-15 minutes. Everyone else got their food before me. I waited 45 minutes and the servers, waitress, etc. never apologized. It was a very small order meanwhile everyone had Atleast 2-3 different combos and orders. The waitress also recorded everyone’s name except mine so I’m pretty sure my order was forgotten on purpose.

This restaurant the food is amazing, super good and very good prices. I recommend highly. The ceviche mixto, jalea, green spagettis with steak delicious.
