I purchased a coupon from Groupon. When we arrived at about 5:30, my kids and I decided to spend the points on 18 holes of mini golf. The cashier processed our coupon without any warning of closing time. Everything was fine until my 8 year old lost her ball in one of the structures. At that point, the girl at the window reluctantly gave her another. We were told that we could finish our game. About 15 minutes later, I assume the manager, came out and rudely told us that they were closed and we needed to leave. No apology, no warning, just the boot! I asked if we could have a refund to come back another time. He said there was nothing he could do and we were given enough time to finish our game. I explained that we had no idea that they were closing and felt like it wasn’t super realistic that 4 people (3 of them being small children), finish 18 holes in 30 minutes! I feel bad for the owners of the establishment having representation like this. My kids were having a great time on one of the few dry nights recently. Can’t do anything about it? Now problem! How about an apology and a little courtesy seeing how you do work in the customer service industry?!? Anyways, we won’t be returning. As for future guests? I guess my advice would be not to impede on the manager’s closing time... super disappointing.

Covid precautions are in place, they wipe down everything as fast as possible. The wait outside would be more bearable if they provided outdoor heat source for the lines, so make sure if it's cold you are prepared. Mini golf at night was fun with with lights and water features.

Lovely place to have tons of fun! It reminds me of Seaworld. Although it’s not a big place, it’s almost as fun as Seaworld! The mini golf is fun, but there are some people that pass the first group of people. That gets kinda annoying, but the courses themselves are really fun to play! (Even though I got crushed score-wise) In the arcade, I didn’t visit much of the other arcade games. Me and my sister were plopping our coins into the Jurassic Park game! We had a blast! The laser dome was really fun too! It really brought a smile to my face. For the first time in 7 years, I was really happy! Things like this are what really makes me happy. We didn’t go on the water ride, but the people who did go on looked really happy and I was happy seeing them smile! The really tall ride across from the water-tubing one was the first roller coaster-like ride I went on. I think the go-kart attraction was the most fun! I had a go-kart of my own at home. Being able to race in a go-kart was really fun too! When I was going to exchange my tickets, my group was close to leaving me behind. I raced up to the counter, but then realized there was a line. The lady at the counter was really nice! She let me exchange my tickets without waiting in line! This place brings back so many memories 😁
